We recognize that powerful leadership is as diverse as our world. They key to unlocking your unique power is to become the best leadership version of yourself. So, we start by exploring the goals that are most important to you. In what areas do you want to grow?     Tom Herrick

    founder & leader coach

    Tom has held multiple leadership positions within Fidelity Investments over his 27-year leadership career. He has coached and mentored over 100 leaders establishing himself as proven, trusted, and respected leader and coach. He has honed his methods as he grew his personal leadership rising to the executive level becoming a Senior Vice President with Fidelity. He was honored to provide leadership to multiple business units and thousands of employees nationally as a member of the senior leadership team. Tom has extensive experience working with executive level leaders, including the c-suite, directly impacting the long-term success of a market leading, highly trusted, corporation.

    Tom continues to be passionate about the critical role leadership plays in the lives of the people, organizations, and communities they serve. He has chosen leadership coaching as his “second half” career to encourage and shepherd people who desire to accept the challenge, responsibility, and impact that leading others provides.

    Tom is dedicated to upholding strong principles of ethical behavior in coaching and is committed to the coaching industry and developing himself as a coaching professional. To this end, he has complimented his leadership experience by completing over 120 hours of professional leadership coach training, has earned the Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation, and has over 600 hours of professional leadership and executive coaching experience.

    Rick Mitchell

    partner & leader coach

    Rick is a long time former executive with Fidelity Investments with leadership experience that spans over 30 years. He held leadership roles with increasing responsibilities including sales, customer service, operations, and relationship management. Rick has led organizations of thousands of people, always focused on coaching and developing people to their highest purpose and potential. He started on the front lines of the retail business and rose to the level of Executive Vice President leading an institutional business that drove over $500 million in revenue and served thousands of institutional clients and millions of individual investors. Growth was a key theme in Rick’s experience in the workplace. Growth of customers, revenue market share, and profitability were always present but it was the personal growth of people that gave Rick the most energy and what he was most known for.

    Rick now has been enjoying the “back nine” of his career as a Leader Coach at XP Leadership Coaching, carrying forward his passion for bringing out the best in people and coming along side leaders on their journey to be their best at work. While Rick has coached thousands of people from the front lines to the c-suite, he is still passionate about perfecting his craft. He is currently working toward ICF certification enrolled at the Center for Executive Coaching.

    Rick’s family is always his highest priority. He has been married to his wife Wendy 27 years. Together they have raised 3 awesome kids and live in Cincinnati Ohio. When he’s not coaching clients for XP, he is coaching his son’s high school golf team, serving at his church or enjoying his family.

    Rob Cummings

    Rob Cummings is an accomplished executive leader with over 35 years of experience at Fidelity Investments, and a graduate of the coaching development program at Gestalt International Study Center. Rob’s coaching combines his extensive experience and knowledge with a passion for helping others succeed.

    Throughout his career at Fidelity, Rob held a variety of leadership roles across multiple business lines and functions, including client service, operations, sales, finance, and relationship management. Leading teams of up to 1,800 associates across the United States and Europe, Rob consistently elevated performance, improved service delivery, and enhanced associate engagement and retention.

    Rob’s expertise extends into leadership and talent development, culture building, and training. He partners with individuals and teams to tap into their full potential and foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional service. Rob is all about bringing out the best in people and building a results-oriented, client-centric environment.

    Rob is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and earned his MBA from Boston University. He lives in Boston and Provincetown with his husband Dennis. Beyond his professional work, Rob is an accomplished marathoner and triathlete and enjoys the outdoors, cooking, travel, reading and spending time with family and friends.

    Alexandra Taussig

    Alexandra brings a wealth of experience and success over 31 years of leadership at Fidelity Investments. Throughout her career, Alexandra held various senior leadership positions demonstrating her exceptional leadership capabilities.

    In her roles as Senior Vice President, Alexandra led numerous teams, including spearheading Fidelity's firm-wide initiatives aimed at developing women investors. Alexandra's impact extended across Marketing, Communications, and Analytics for the Tax-Exempt Market and National Financial. Under her guidance, both organizations achieved significant market share gains, attesting to her strategic prowess and ability to drive results.

    Her strategic vision and inclusive leadership style were instrumental in driving positive change and fostering a culture of empowerment within the organization. She successfully coached hundreds of people over her career by encouraging them to build strong relationships, be authentic and compassionate, be positive and have fun while driving results.

    Committed to continuous growth, Alexandra is currently enrolled in the coaching development program at the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC). Additionally, she is actively pursuing her Associate Certified Coach credential (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, reflecting her dedication to upholding the highest standards of coaching excellence.
